No refund principle: Once a user has purchased and successfully used a virtual good, it is considered spent. Due to the special nature of virtual goods, the Company does not provide any form of refund service. Users should carefully consider and confirm their needs before purchasing.
Purchase Confirmation: Users should read and understand these Terms carefully before purchasing virtual goods. By purchasing Virtual goods, the User fully understands and accepts these Terms and agrees to waive any refund rights.
Disclaimer and Dispute Resolution
Disclaimer: Due to network issues or other uncontrollable factors, we cannot guarantee that the game will always run smoothly or meet players' expectations. LUCKY shall not be liable for any losses caused by game service interruptions, data loss, etc.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising between players and LUCKY due to game Services should be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, they may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for litigation resolution.
Modifications
We may, at our sole discretion, revise and update these terms periodically. All changes become effective immediately upon posting. If your account is terminated for any reason, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and you may lose your username and in-game characters as a result. Depending on the nature of the violation or misuse, if you have more than one LUCKY account, we may terminate all your accounts and associated rights. Upon termination, you will lose access to all your rights under these terms, and you may be prohibited from accessing or using any of our Services again.
